1. Concept & Design We began by developing the bathroom concept, planning the layout, selecting tile materials, and coordinating the finishes, lighting, plumbing fixtures, vanity, and shower glass to create a cohesive, modern design. 2. Material Takeoff & Planning We prepared a material takeoff and organized the materials needed for the project, including tile, waterproofing products, drywall, electrical supplies, plumbing fixtures, and finishing materials. 3. Work Area Protection Before starting demolition, we protected the floors, walls, access paths, and surrounding areas to help minimize dust, debris, and damage to the existing property.

4. Demolition We removed the existing bathroom finishes and materials as needed, preparing the space for the new installation and inspecting the exposed surfaces and underlying conditions. 5. Electrical Work We completed the planned electrical work, including lighting, ventilation, wiring, and other electrical components required for the new bathroom design. 6. Plumbing We completed the necessary plumbing modifications and prepared the water supply and drainage connections for the shower, vanity, and toilet. 7. Floor Preparation We prepared and leveled the floor as needed to create a suitable substrate for the new tile installation and ensure proper drainage in the shower area. 8. Drywall & Substrate Preparation We installed or repaired drywall in appropriate areas and prepared the walls and other surfaces for waterproofing and tile installation. 9. Waterproofing We applied the specified shower waterproofing system to the required areas, carefully addressing seams, corners, penetrations, and other critical transitions according to the manufacturer’s instructions. 10. Tile Installation We installed the selected tile, creating clean lines and consistent spacing throughout the bathroom. Special attention was given to layout, cuts, corners, niches, and transitions for a refined finish. 11. Painting We painted the designated walls and surfaces to complement the tile, fixtures, and overall bathroom design. 12. Shower Glass Door We installed the shower glass enclosure, coordinating its placement and alignment with the finished tile and shower layout. 13. Fixture Installation We installed the selected bathroom fixtures and accessories, completing the functional components of the new space. 14. Vanity Installation We installed the vanity and sink, aligned the assembly, and completed the required plumbing connections. 15. Toilet Installation We installed the toilet and completed the necessary connections and sealing. 16. Final Finishes & Caulking We completed the finishing details, including grout work where applicable, color-matched sealant, caulking at appropriate joints, and final adjustments to fixtures and accessories. 17. Cleanup & Final Inspection We removed construction debris, cleaned the work area, and inspected the completed bathroom for finish quality, proper fixture operation, and overall presentation.
